Winnipeg Philharmonic Choir 100th Anniversary Season 2022-23
On December 11, 1922, the Phil performed its very first concert. One hundred years later, on December 11, 2022, the Phil performed Christmas with the Phil to two sold-out concerts at St Boniface Cathedral.
Here are some memories of that wonderful day. We were joined by the Phil Alumni Choir, under the direction of Henry Engbrecht, the Winnipeg Boys Choir under the direction of Carolyn Boyes, and were honoured that Her Honour, Lieutenant-Governor Anita Neville and His Worship, Mayor Scott Gillingham joined the festivities!
